comedy is change

As an artist, I believe comedy has the undeniable ability to change a mindset. Humor is an innately human thing: we are beings who both love to laugh and, perhaps even more so, love to make others laugh. As an actor, singer, and comedian, I have the great privilege of working in the realm of bringing people joy. Through my work, I aspire to bring the craft of humor to not only an audience but also to individuals. We need comedy now more than ever, and my goal is to bring laughter, education, and commentary through my art. I strive to make work that reflects the human experience - we consume art in which we see ourselves. I truly believe comedy is in everyone. I am a firm believer that anybody could do a five-minute set if they had to, or do an improv show, or make a joke. Humor can change lives, and I want my work to allow people to find their own comedic voice, whatever that may be.
